Journeyman & Apprentice Operators / Laborers

You’ll work with a seasoned field team operating and supporting heavy equipment on mass grading, trenching, pipe installation, and site‑development projects across the Inland Northwest. Daily tasks range from equipment operation and grade checking to pipe laying, compaction, and general site labor.

Project Manager – Heavy Civil & Site Development
Zetin Contractors is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead heavy civil and site‑development projects from pre‑construction through closeout. In this role, you will manage schedules, budgets, and subcontractors while coordinating closely with owners, designers, and inspectors.
Key responsibilities include reviewing plans and specs, developing cost estimates and schedules, leading pre‑construction and progress meetings, managing RFIs and change orders, and ensuring work is completed safely, on time, and within budget. You’ll work alongside our contracts/safety and field leadership teams to plan work, solve problems, and deliver high‑quality projects.

Construction Management Internship
Start your construction career with a hands‑on internship at Zetin Contractors. This role is ideal for students pursuing construction management, civil engineering, or a related field who want real‑world experience on active heavy civil and site‑development projects.
As an intern, you’ll support our project managers and superintendents with quantity takeoffs, document control, meeting notes, RFI and submittal tracking, schedule updates, and site visits. You’ll see how budgets, schedules, safety, and quality all come together on actual jobs and gain exposure to GPS‑based layout and grading technology.
